High Tea in Windsor

On a cold, wet, overcast summers day in England it seemed a perfect time to head out of the London city limits and go exploring. This time the destination was Windsor. Queen Vic was was waiting to welcome us, though we quickly ran past to get to the pub for a pint!
The current Queen was apparently in town but didn't invite us in for a sherry, so we wandered around Windsor Castle with the other tourists, taking in the sights.

After our (near) brush with royalty, it seemed only appropriate to stop into a nice tea room for high tea. All, I can say was that as scrumptious as it all was, there was no physical way we could possibly finish the plates of sandwiches, cakes and scones we were presented with!
